By using the Stew app, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
In no event shall Stew or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Stew, even if Stew or a Stew authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
As a way to support the continued development of Stew. You may subscribe to Stew Pro to unlock some features. You will be billed in advance on a recurring bases. You may cancel your subscription at anytime via the Google Play / Apple Store subscription account options within your device store settings. You will not be billed as long as it’s canceled according to App Store or Play Store guidelines.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
